Vehicle Fire Suppression

Our vehicle suppression system is tailor-made product and can be designed as per the customer’s requirement, to protect both man and machine.

Number of nozzles can be increased to 4, 6, 8… or more to cover a larger area. By combining cylinders, we can make AFDSS of 10 Kg, 15 Kg, 20 Kg, 30 Kg, 45 Kg etc. as per requirement.

System working: – When the temperature rises, sensor cable senses the heat/flame and gives the signal to control panel. Control Panel then gives alarm to alert the operator and surrounding people, then automatically activates the system. Through pre-set distribution system and nozzles, it sprays fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.

A Vehicle Fire Suppression System (VFSS) is a system that detects and suppresses fires. AFDSS systems can be used in vehicles, construction equipment, and battle tanks: 

    • Vehicles
      VFSS systems in vehicles can warn the driver, shut off the engine, and activate an extinguishing system if a fire breaks out. 

    • Construction equipment
      VFSS systems for construction vehicles can detect heat and fire in a range of 85°C to 135°C. 

  • Battle tanks
    VFSS systems in battle tanks can detect fires quickly and suppress them within 150 seconds. They can also protect against fires caused by projectiles penetrating diesel fuel tanks or hydraulic oil reserves. 

VFSS systems use a variety of methods to detect fires, including heat, smoke, or flame sensors. When a fire is detected, the system automatically releases a fire-suppressing agent, such as water, foam, gas, or chemicals, to put out the fire
